What Causes Severe Abdominal Inflammation, Constipation And Muscle Spasms?

These are my symptoms. Severe abdominal inflammation,food sensitivity, constipation, abdominal pain,acidic and bacteria taste 24/7 in mouth,fatigue, joint pain, itchy skin, muscle cramping,muscle twitching and spasms, super thin blood and bruising,weak immune system,

I really appreciate your concern, multiple complaints and symptoms most of them could be functional one and may not needs any treatment and because the functional elements it is very likely to develops the hyperacidity and for that I would suggest to have Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 10 mg once in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day hope this information helps.
