What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Accompanied By Vomiting And Dizziness?
I had severe abdomenal pain last evening, I vomitted a few times, nothing would stay in my stomach,no diarrhea, I was dizzy, stayed in bed 18hrs and now I feel pretty good just drank a flavored water, my abdomen feels like somebody punched me several times, what do you think?

Hi,
There are many possibilities for your symptoms like food poisoning, or infection or gastritis.
But if symptoms were sudden onset, it more like food poisoning. You should take more fluids as it settles.
However, if symptoms persist you should go to the ER for proper assessment and management.
