What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain After Eating Outside Food?

Hi , I am suffering from Severe abdominal pain from past 4 days after eating outside food n coffee late at nite . Tried all possible home remedies like pudin hara, eno n saunf but no relief Disturbed sleep from past 3 nights due to pain n Also suffering from headache n general weakness

Hi, welcome to HCM.
By what you quote it seems that you have symptoms of food poisoning. If I was your treating doctor, i would have advised you tablet oflox-ornidazole and tablet buscopan PO three times a day for 3 days. Avoid eating food from where you got this food poisoning.
