What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain After Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

I have abdominal pain and the General Surgeon removed my gallbladder. After removing it, the first thing she said was she didn t believe that was the problem. What else could it be? Additional systems are diarrhea, fever, nausea, that has lasted over a month.

For that cause has to be searched for...

For that CBC and USG investigation done as primary work up

There might be inflammation in biliary tract or residual stone.. For that USG beneficial.. If needed ERCP can be planned

Diet modification needed with low fat diet

For chronic bile acid induced diarrhea after cholecystectomy without any organic cause can be treated with colestipol...
