What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Constipation?

For over 6 weeks I ve been having lower abdominal pain, which is getting worse but the pain is bearable. I am 76 years female, weighs 105 lbs 153 cm. I ve been suffering constipation for 45 yeears and acid reflex for 15 yrs. I am quite active. Thank you.

Hi.

The pain is possibly because of the constipation, and I recommend going about a cleanse and the use of laxatives. Also add an antacid to your regimen which should help treat any excess gas accumulation which can also cause pains and cramps. Drink plenty of fluids and have a hugh fiber diet.
