What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Diarrhoea And Vomiting?
Im 25 year old since yesterday i ve severe stomach pain along with diarrhea and vomiting 10-15 loose watery stool within 3 hours and 4 vomiting once and 2 after app 4hours later. Im taking entamiZole ds vomiting is resolved but still have loose stools. Plz suggest. Plus im feeling burden on my heart mat be because of dyspepsia.

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea could be due to infection and this could be either viral or bacterial in either case better to wait for some time because condition is almost self limiting no need to have any medicines, but of course hydration is the matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care ( If the condition long last then this can be managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days ) have a nice day.
