What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting During Menstruation?

HI am a teenage and usually I have really huge pain during my period which includes vomiting , diarrhea and I feel so cold but am actually sweating I don t know if it s normal and am scared but lately my period this month only came out when am peeing and it s pink but that s it doesn t usually comes ever time I pee just few times and am scared idk if it s normal does it have anything to do with me masterbating too much ? I heard masterbating was good but when my period is like this idk please help

I have read your question and understand your concern.
the symptoms you narrated very well fits into Adenomyosis. In this disease the tissue of inner wall of uterus is implanted in inside the wall of uterus and other parts of pelvis and abdomen in which the abdominal and pelvic pain starts at the start of menstruation and ends at the of menstruation, associated with nausea and vomiting. In my patients I will go for ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, and full blood count, and vaginal examination. My suggestion to you is to consult a proper gyanocologist and get your self properly examined and investigated. Meanwhile you can use simple pain killers like Brufen at the start of your periods to get relief from pain, and at the end Masturbation is not good for health.
