What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Backache After Taking An I-pill?
My wife took I pill emergency contraceptive pill and after one day she sufferd sever abdominal pain and backache. To get relief from pain she took 3 dolo 650mg tablets. She was a feeding mother and after consuming dolo she fed milk to my baby at night. In next day morning my baby vomited in yellow color once and feverish now. My baby is 8months now. He has 100 F temp now. Is my baby safe or is it any serious problem. Kindly answer.

Based on the history you have shared, first of all, if she is a feeding mother, that acts like natural contraception and doesn't need pills for that.
Secondly, feeding is a complex hormonal process and any alterations with hormonal axis can cause disturbance as with emergency pill which contains hormones and can disturb the normal feedback mechanism.
The baby may not be having issues due to these as it doesn't secrete in breast milk and might be having a separate issue triggered by infection etc. and need pediatrician review for examination and workup accordingly.
Also may need oral rehydration salts to avoid water and salts loss and antiemetic as well as antipyretics, for symptomatic relief.
