What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Body Ache?

hi i have had every test you can think of and am still terrible stomach pain that goes all through my body , nothing seems help except for pain meds . I ve been dignoiced with irritable bowel , or crohns disease , hiatus hernia , they found redness and irritation in the stomach with exploratory surgery . i am in in chronic pain that take over my whole body , what can i do no one know what i have , i never get any answers from any doctors, I ve been told its the worse case of irritable bowel he has ever seen . it s been years of endless pain and diahrea , it has taken my life away . I m a a total loss ?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you something. I also was having the same issue and doctors told IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), but finally found it was Ileocaecal tuberculosis. The diagnosis was made by biopsy and was treated.

There are many conditions which are not yet diagnosed. Kindly get the endoscopic biopsy done to know what condition you have. If you get proper treatment, then you will be fine like me.
