What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Cramps?

My friend is having abdominal pain. Its tender to the touch. Its accompanied by rolling cramping. Its starting at his belly buttong and rotates all over his abdomen. Im worried. His doctor said its not his appendix or his kidneys. Do you have any idea whats going on?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be anything right from the kidney liver spleen intestine and nothing can be said for sure without clinical examination and test so better get done the ultrasonography test, some time it may not be anything related with any disease and could be just functional condition Hope this information helps.
