What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Fever While Suffering From A Kidney Infection?

My daughter was diagnosed at ER with kidney infection but she’s not having any pain on urination and there were only traces of bacteria in her iTunes sample. Today she’s complaining of severe abdominal pain, fever between 100-104, no nausea or diarrhea

Hi,

It is natural she had infection so fever, vomiting are likely to occur.Because any inflammation in abdomen like kidney infection can cause can cause fever and pain, so don't worry.

She needs antibiotic coverage for few days and she will get OK soon. Show him to nearby physician may be she needs a culture test and accordingly antibiotics will be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
