What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Gas After An Abortion?

Hello I had An Abortion recently But Even Before them Ibeleive I had Chronic Bv I havent been diagnosed with it but I ve Loked up enough To know I had it and My intestine area and kidney area Hurts Bad It s Severe Pain Wen I move a certain way and if I have Gas Wen I tried to Fart and it tries to get Thru To my but it hurts my insides by my kidneys area

Understand your concern
Severe abdominal pain and gas after abortion due to following reasons:
Side effect of abortion Pill
Incomplete abortion: causes pain and bleeding
Pelvic inflammatory disease.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and get the done USG scan, CBC, urine report, vaginal swab test and USG scan to rule out the above cause.
If it is side effect of pill then it gradually disappear in 5-6 days after using pill. Incomplete abortion require D & C. and infection require specific antibiotics.
Take proper rest, analgesic and maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
