What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Headache After Taking Lialda?

Hi I just started on Lialda this week but it is causing more pain than Pentasa did. I have crohns and apparently ulcerative colitis. I was on Pentasa for years but it got to the point where it wasn t working as well as it did. My side effects are headache, increased abdominal pain to the point where It hurts to walk and I have a physical job. I want to cease the meds for now till I can talk to the doctor on monday. I don t want an ok from you-just wanted to tell someone what I am doing till Monday. I could even take the pentasa again, at least it didn t cause all this pain. I am a 62 year old woman with crohns that I have had for about 4 years.
