What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Nausea In A Teenager?
a 18 yr old female has pain in her abdominal area and pain that goes up into her right back under the ribs. When she moves sudden or gets up from sitting she has a sharp stabbing pain. When she is just walking around its just aches. She just ate a bowl of soup. she hasn t eaten all day, NO high temperature. Hot or cold spells. But has felt naushated.

She should do certain tests,especially gastroscopy and abdominal ultrasound to rule out possible gallbladder issues. Also,anxiety and stress may be trigger for abdominal symptoms as well.
