What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Spotting?
I have already had my period this month I have been off it for a week and half. Now I'm having excruciating pain in my lower belly hip and back and it looks like I'm spotting blood. I would like to know what's going on or should I just go to the E.R??

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Midcycle Ovulation pain with Vaginal Spotting and Severe pain in lower belly/ hip and back.
I would suggest to wait and watch.If pain persists, then you should have assessment from Your Gynec doctor.
If the pain does not persist, you should not worry.But if persists,I would suggest to have second opinion from ER Gynec Doctor.
USG would confirm the above diagnosis and would rule out other possibilities also.

Yes, it is better t go to ER as there can be a possibility of some serious intra-abdominal problem.
This can be diagnosed by the following means:
Clinical examination by a General Surgeon and/or Gynecologist.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
These things together will give an idea about the possible diagnosis.
And proper diagnosis alone can help to get a curative treatment.
