What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Vomiting Despite Taking Prilosec?

hello, my name is Kare, im 55. i have acid reflux pretty bad, ive been taking prilosec 2 times a day, 20 mg.. i am still doing the motions of vomiting everymorning, sometimes phelm comes, my stomach is starting to hurt form doing this process every day, i have been to the doc s, he did a sonafram of my galbladder and insides, didnt see anything abnormal, any sugestions thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if I would be doctor of this case then I would sure suggests "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time with advise to avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spice food prior to sleep and medicines need to be taken for at least six weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
