What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Gas And Slight Constipation?

Hello, My name is corwin hanna, I am 27 diabetic (insulin Pump) blood sugars are 120-180 all day, and on Adderall 30mg long lasting, today around lunch i started haveing extream abdominal pain, bloating gass, slight constipation, dry heaving, and cold sweats. the office i work in seems to have somethign floating around that is causing stomach issues? What might this be, and should i go see my docter right away or ride it out for a bit?

Well come to HCM
Such symptoms could be due to fluctuation in plasma glucose level better to control this on tight rule basis, second this could be due to dyspepsia, hyperacidity, on tentative basis condition can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, wait for couple of days if this does not comes around then you can see the doctor, take care.
