General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Usually, the periods can change intensity, amount of bleeding and pain during uterine shrink.

This is due to various causes, and it is unpredictable. If it will get repeated in the following message months should consult with a gynecologist to check it out. Take Ibuprofen or mefenamic acid for the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
