What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Radiating To Legs And Feet With Hand Numbness?

hello my 14 year old daughter has been complaining of severe abdominal pain that is radiating down her legs too her feet she has the constant urge to move her bowels and nothing comes out 70% of the time this has been going on for about a week today for the first time she experienced some numbness in her hands in band she dropped her mallet several times due too not being able too feel it she said this was brief and only happened once

The abdomen pain with radiation to legs, feet and hand numbness indicate auto immune disorder of some sort where there can be systemic response to certain antigens in the circulating system, muscular dystrophies, deficiency of trace elements as zinc, copper, magnesium or others. However, any of the investigations carried out in her issue can be helpful to co relate on detailed basis for further guidelines during follow up conversation.
