What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With Gastroparesis?

My stomach has been enlarged for about 3 months I have Gastroparesis had Botox done nov 9 2016, still in a lot pain. i look like I am 9 months pregnant. Been taking xifian for 14 days 3 times a day I finished tonight still no relief unable to eat but still gaining weight. I am eating baby food but that makes me sick and my skin is stretching just like I was pregnant(no chance) I can pass some gas but not a lot. How long will food stay in the stomach. How long does a flair up last Why can t I get so relief I am drinking water what can I do

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, using antacids like Omperazole before meals and motility agents like Domperidone or Itapride before meals can be helpful, however, avoiding heavy greasy foods and spicy meals as well as avoiding fizzy drinks may help too.
