What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain While Suffering From Gall Bladder Stone?

I have gullstones and am on a list for surgery to get my gullbladder removed. I have had 7 attacks 5-8 hours in the last 2 1/2 months including this evening. My attack is over but then 20 minutes later a severe pain started which feels like a very painful stretched ab??? Not quite sure what it could be

Hi,

The pain you have is colic of bile duct when stone is in the duct or is passing through it. Surgery is the treatment of choice. Till then you can take antispasmodic like Synalgesic when the pain is unbearable. Do no massage or foment.
