What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain While Treating An Infected Ingrown Toenail?

my husband has moderate to sometimes severe pain in his abdomen. he weighs app 350, has diabetes and is on antibiotics for an infected ingrown toenail. has diarreaha and is very uncomfortable. food helps for a little bit. has high anxiety due to myself and our 28 year old daughter. thinks we are addicted to methamphetamins and are spending all his money on it.

Hi,

The abdominal pain is no way related to his infected toe nail.

He can take antacids like Pantoprazole and avoid hot and spicy food stuff.

If the pain persist, it is better consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
