What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea?

After eating lunch I experience stomach pains and then shortly thereafter must find the nearest restroom as diahrea follows shortly. This does not occur all the time but has the last three days. I am 60 years old , don t smoke and am not overweight.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You may have dysentery or some infection that leads to diarrhoea and abdominal pain.
You should take drugs like ofloxacin plus ornidazole. Take plenty of fluid and Lemon juice orally. You will be OK within short time.
