What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With History Of Low Grade Cervical Cancer?

Hi, I am a 51 yr old female, my history: hysterectomy 26 years ago for low grade cervical cancer, diverticular disease, 3x cardiac stents, angina, cv disease. I often experience severe lower abdo pain especially after standing for anything more than about 30 minutes, this morning the pain is severe and griping and radiates to my sacral area, I often have occult blood in mt urine but apart from stones a few times no cause has been found, this is debilitating and profoundly affecting my quality of life and today it hurts SO bad .. Please help with your ideas ...

Hi welcome to hcm
The cause of your pain could be related to bladder or urethral injury due to co existent stone.so get CECT Abdomen or Intavenous pyelography to know the site and size of your stones and get them removed through surgical methods like URSL/PCNL.Meanwhile analgesics like tab.voveron will be helpful.consult urologist for expert management.
