What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Nausea While On Implanon?

I m on implanon and have periods most of the days if the month for 6 months but I haven t had one for 2 weeks now but for the last 2 week s I ve been having really bad stomach cramps that get worse when I bend over and nausea and a migraine almost every day

Hi, I think you should do a ultrasound to rule out any gall bladder problem. This can also lead to severe abdominal pain and nausea. If ultrasound is normal, it can be premenstrual symptom also. Hope I have answered your question.
