What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Nausea?

I m too poor to go to the doctor, just a broke college student. I can t eat without wanting to throw up, I think I have an ulcer but I am unsure. My stomach hurts really bad when I cough and eat. I have the feeling in my throat I am going to throw up and I ve had a normal temp the past few days also, can you suggest Any home remedies?

Possibly you can have erosive gastritis, u should avoid spicy food n drink plenty of water n and take anti acid syrups
