What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

Hello. I am a 27yo female. I have had severe abdominal pain that comes in waves for two weeks now, seemingly unrelated to food intake (I ve been keeping a food diary and see no causation). The cramps feel like menstrual cramps but are elevated to sharp stabs and then become dull for hours. Any advice?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some chronic GI infection givinig this problem.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 5 days.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Dicyclomine as and when required.
Avoid junkfood.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
