What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain?

Hello, I have been having issues with puking bile and severe pain in my abdomen. I have had my gallbladder removed in 2011. I went to my GI specialist and they did a CAT scan. Found out that I am very blocked. They prescribed me 3 laxatives. I have taken all 3. But, all I am having is pure liquid. Is this ok?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Considering three laxatives, it is quite normal to have diarrhea. I recommend stopping the laxatives as long as diarrhea continues. Taking plenty of water will help avoid dehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
