General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for an elucidate history- 3 years pain in abdomen, increased 6 months with associated symptoms you have noted and all the investigations done are normal.
I would advise you the following::
First of all take a second opinion of another Surgical or Medical Gastroenterologist as a proper history taking and good physical/ clinical examination can many times point to the probable diagnosis. Investigations are always done to confirm a clinical diagnosis and to rule out certain things.
I would also recommend you the following investigation:
Repeat CT scan
Diagnostic laparoscopy for diagnosis ans may be therapeutic too.
Many forms of diseases like tuberculosis are not easily seen on investigations.
I find this answer helpful
