What Causes Severe Acne All Over The Face?

Hi,i have several pimples all over my face it s so plenty,I changed my cream to clear essence MY NATURAL BEAUTY SKIN TONE some weeks back,am in Nigeria lagos state,and am using detol soap,please help me out,what do I do? It s so embarrassing,i don t wanna see this on my face any longer.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne all over the face which could be due to improper hygiene, environmental change, hormonal imbalance, stress and clogging of skin pores. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply adapelene gel at night. Drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You should avoid oily and sharp food.Ointments containing benzyol peroxide,azelaic acid or retinoids will be beneficial for you. Wash your face with face-wash containing salicylic acid , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply raw honey on acne for 15 minutes daily and then wash. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get proper prescription and start treatment.
