What Causes Severe Acne On Face After NovaSure Endometrial Ablation Procedure?

Hi, I'm 42 yrs I has nova sure done seen last 16 months. Simly after I have nova sure my face have acne around the chin and neck(I never have acne around that part before) my on face have rash , dry and very sensitive ,l do every thing it don't work, I went see dermatologist they give all kind antibiotics and cream but it get worse , now I don't know what to do , i been suffering all that time, suddenly I think maybe I have imbalance hormone after novasure , is true? Please help me and tell me what to do ? Thank you

As per your complain it seems that pimples on your chin and neck after endometrial ablation seems to be due to hormonal imbalances, so the first thing you should do is to consult your gynaecologist and get evaluated and she can advise you to get a hormonal profile done and if any discrepancy is ruled out Hormone Replacement Therapy can be started to normalize the hormone levels and it will help in improving the condition..
Along with hormone replacement therapy you can also continue anti acne treatment like applying benzoyl peroxid and clindamycin gels..
Washing face with Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid containing facewash..
Yo can also apply Adapelene gel..
Exfoliate your skin with a gentle scrub..
You can also go for chemical peeling, Microdermabrasion and dermal rollers..
