Hi , thank you for using health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
Dreams occurs in
REM phase of the sleep , which is about 30% of total sleep time. The other phase is NREM which is a sound sleep phase.
More dreams means, REM phase is increased than its usual time amount. Because of this you are not feeling fresh in the morning.
Possible treatment for this would be a
Benzodiazepine drugs or
TCA antidepressant drugs , but both of this can be taken under doctor supervision only.
For possible remedy try few things..
Do not drink caffeinated liquids in evening or night.
Do some light exercise in evening but avoid moderate to severe exercise.
Do not remain in bed if you are not getting sleep for more than half hour, similarly get out of bed in morning at fix time rather then remain in bed for stretching of sleep hours.
Avoid heavy dinner.
Bed room and bed should be use for sleeping purpose and not for watching TV , using laptops, reading etc.
Hope this will help you.
Regards.
