What Causes Severe Anemia, Hair Loss, Poor Appetite And Weight Loss?

I have a family member that I believe has been diagnosed with a severe form of anemia problem is she is really not getting any better as a matter of face she is now unable to sit and tonight have been in severe pain I am seeking a second opinion the tablets she has been prescribed are Tordefyron, Tramadol Sandoz, Solupred and advice much appreciated some of her other symptoms, are total hairloss, total loss of appetite, weight loss

How severe is the anaemia and what is the cause please get a peripheral smear and iron studies done all the symptoms you have mentioned are due to your anaemia please let me know the report i want to know how severe is the anaemia
