What Causes Severe Anger And Headache While Suffering From Schizophrenia?

my brother, sharon rufus is suffering from schizophrenia from the last 2 years.. he visited a psychiatrist earlier and did a scan but found nothing. right now he is gone to an extreme level where we are unable to control over his actions. he walks the entire day.he has a lot of anger which we cannot control. he is capable of beating anybody . he usually goes through this when he gets attacks in the night around 11.30 when he tries to sleep & a very bad ache in the head, guess its like migrane, he gets some kind of attacks in his head and he cant sleep. and this is how he behaves the next day. he becomes hyper active .
