Today i rolled my ankle walking down some steps, the worst pain i felt in my life, it swelled up 3 times the size it should be i went the to ER they did xrays im not sure how good... they put the xray board on the chair and took a pic didn t position my foot or anything. The pain was 10-10 and i was in tears then was vomiting. The doctor never came in the nurse did wrapped it said its not broke just a sprain here s some pain meds, gave me 2 ibuprophen, i said that s not going to help me, im not a drug seeker i was horrible pain. he reluctently gave me norco... its been nearly 12 hours my ankle looks deformed its so swollen and its in a constant cramp state, and my acheillies tendon is buring and the inside of my ankle too, the slightest pressure sending stabbing hot pain like a fire poker thru my ankle, is this kinda of pain normal for a sprain?
