What Causes Severe Anxiety After Taking Neurorubine?

Hello, I have been suffering from anxiety for a while now. My doctor says that I have low B12 and prescribed Neororubin. I have tried talking B group vitamins before and it has given me even more anxiety. Would that mean that the dose is too strong for me?
