What Causes Severe Anxiety And Depression While Suffering From Lupus?

I m 28 female and I have lupus and anxiety and depression. I recently started using meth and I do it intravenously. I tried using it to get off of heroin. I m currently having the following symptoms: Loss of feeling in hands and legs, my face is twitchy, severe anxiety, I can t hardly talk, and loss of basic motor skills. I have not ate in two days, and only consumed very little water, and sleep has been nonexistent. I went to the hospital earlier today because I thought I had overdosed, but that was severely bad anxiety and panic attacks. I m having stroke like symptoms but bacteria symptoms also.
