What Causes Severe Anxiety With Breathlessness?

I have global developmental delay and bad anxiety I worry a lot about everything sometimes I feel like strangers are gonna pop out of nowhere it scares me and at night and in general I have a hard time breathing and I don t have asthma I don t think because it s not a wheezing sound

Absence of wheeze doesn't rule out asthama. In fact breathlessness alone warrents and is an indication to go for asthma workup
