What Causes Severe Anxiety,dizziness And Headache?
So for the past two weeks roughly I ve been going through what I thought to be serious anxiety , including shakes, headaches dizziness and I just got my blood results yesterday from my primary including all stds & blood wrk came back clean , so my question is could all this be in my head ? And really be affecting me this way ? I mean I do work a lot almost 43hrs every week I just turned 25 and just recently quit smoking ciggerettes which I ve been smoking give it take 4to5 years , all doctors tell me I m fine but im more of a hypochondriac:/
