General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, please find my advice is that surgical treatment is last choice for this disorder. So as you have already done MRI and clinically assessed the condition, there is no problem in reduction and fusion, and vertebrectomy.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
