What Causes Severe Backache On The Right Side?

I am experiencing pain on the middle right side of my back moving toward the right side. No burning of urine as for UTI. History of kidney stones, but this is not the same sharp pain as a kidney stone. Have applied heat, used NSAID and muscle relaxant to no avail. Follow up appointment on Monday, but this is really painful to go through the weekend. Any suggestions?Cindy Email YYYY@YYYY Nevermind, I didn t realize that this was a charged service

back pain may be due to variety of causes.it may be due to age related degenerative diseases, pancreatic diseases,disc prolapse etc.,
You may need MRI of back to rule out the exact cause.
continue analgesics.
give hot compressions.
