What Causes Severe Backache?
Today I started having excruciating pain across the middle of my entire back. I was leaning over drying my hair and the pain hit suddenly. I literally could not move for awhile. I went to work and seemed fine this morning. I went home for lunch and it started again when I returned to work. I could not even walk. It s better after 3 hours. Now I am debating whether to go to the emergency room or wait it out. I have had my gall bladder out.

Hello,
As you have developed backache suddenly after leaning forward. So it may due to sprain. You may require tablet Diclofenac and tablet serratiopeptidase after consultation.
Along with the apply diclofenac gel or ointment. Continue Physiotherapy as advised.
