What Causes Severe Bleeding During Intake Of Birth Control Pills?
I am a 17 year old girl and I have been taking birth control pills. I was on the some one that I took a year ago. Last month when I started my pills I was a week into my pills and I started bleeding. I have been bleeding for 2-3 weeks now and it is non stop and I am going through both tampons and pads within 2 -3 hours. Could something be seriously wrong with me?
The sudden bleeding while taking the pills is a breakthrough bleeding. This can improve with hormonal pills or Pause - MF which can be prescribed by your gynaecologist.
