What Causes Severe Bleeding For About 2 Weeks?

Hi Doctor , I am 43 , 5'3" and my weight is 72 Kg.I am having non stop bleeding since 2 weeks.Its not too heavy but can't be called light either.I had ovarian cystectomy 11 yrs back .Last time also when I had periods , it lasted about 10 days . I am taking Texakind MF since two days but its not reducing the bleeding .Please advice.
