Hi,

Severe bloating and constipation can have various causes, and the issues you mentioned could contribute to these symptoms.

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a bacterial infection that can cause stomach inflammation and ulcers. It can also affect digestion and cause bloating and constipation. Treatment with antibiotics can help eliminate the bacteria and improve digestive symptoms.

An overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) can also affect digestion and cause bloating and constipation. Treatment for hyperthyroidism may involve medications, radioactive iodine, or surgery to remove the thyroid gland.

Hepatitis B or C can also affect the liver and digestive system, causing symptoms such as bloating and constipation. Treatment depends on the type and severity of hepatitis but may involve antiviral medications or other interventions to manage symptoms and prevent complications.

Anemia can also cause digestive symptoms, including constipation. It occurs when your body doesn't have enough red blood cells or hemoglobin, which can be caused by a variety of factors including genetics, nutrient deficiencies, or underlying health conditions. Treatment may involve iron supplements or other interventions to address the underlying cause of the anemia.

It's important to follow up with your healthcare provider to properly diagnose and treat any underlying conditions that may be contributing to your symptoms. They may recommend tests or additional evaluations to determine the cause of your bloating and constipation, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
