Hello,

Dizziness associated with tingling in extremities can occur in the following conditions:
1) Cervical spondylitis
2) Cervical radiculopathy
3) Transient ischemic attack or mini stroke
4) Panic attacks leading to hyperventilation

You need to be examined in person and few tests like:
1) Cervical X-ray
2) MRI brain and spinal cord

May be necessary to arrive at a specific diagnosis and initiate appropriate treatment. Please do consult a neuro-physician. Body pains may be due to many causes like:
1) Viral infection
2) Muscle cramps
3) Polymyalgia rheumatica
4) Fibromyalgia
5) Rheumatoid arthritis
6) Polymyositis

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
