What Causes Severe Body Pain And Fatigue In An Elderly Person?
I m 71 and have aching body as if every conceivable part is hurting and feel very fatigued which will last a couple of days then i feel better if i rest otherwise i lead an active life ,with no other health problems please can you help

Generalised fatigue and body pain may be due to age related wear and tear or viral infection.Any history of fever, breathing difficulty,giddiness should be ruled out.As a part of basic assessment, blood sugar,blood pressure and blood counts,lipid profile and ecg should be taken.Further treatment based on the result is recommended.
