What Causes Severe Body Pain And Migraine Along With Nausea?

I m only having severe body aches. Migraine, achy like menstrual cramps in mid section aches in my thighs all way down to my ankles. Nausea and weakness almost faint. Super fast heartbeat(I have MVP) so it s bothersome. Motrin did not help. I have no other sickness symptoms other than having to clear my throat. Doesn t hurt though just bad headache n body aching weakness nausea. Got a steroid shot today n was given a zpack to take later if it turns into something. Just all over yuck feeling when went to dr. Feeling worse now. What could be wrong? Should I go ahead n take zpack?

Hello,

Seemingly related to acute upper respiratory tract infection with viremia induced body pain and migraine.

* I would recommend following measures:
- Plenty of liquids to maintain hydration
- Deep breathing exercises
- Inhalation of vapors of boiling water to clear up the nostril and para nasal sinuses
- Continue zpack and other supportive medications
Do remain in regular follow up with your doctor for regular evaluation and further guidelines.
