What Causes Severe Body Pain While On Meftal Spas?

Hello doctor! It s kavya Nargund age 19 I get severe stomach pain, back pain and body pain during my periods. And I can t control the pain so I take meftal spas for quick cure. But people say in future it effects on your reproduction system I.e you cannot conceive and all is it so true that I will face this kind of problems by using meftal spas!? Please help me out doctor. Thank you

Hello
You have what we call in Medicine dysmenorhea and mental spas is an NSAID with a smooth muscle relaxant, it may some times affect kidney function but has nothing to do with your conception so don't worry relax, however you should talk to a gynecologist as you may be having endometriosis which is causing pain during periods.
