What Causes Severe Body Pain While On Butrans Transdermal?

Hello, i started using the Butrans 5 patch last week. Im in terrible pain and want to know if i can change the patch early because i didnt pick up my other medication and the pharmacy in my area is now closed. Would it be safe to apply a new one early?

@ There are 2 possibilities as
$ Intensity of pain is more in relation with dosage of drug
$ Host response is not helping in pain relief mechanisms

@ Can apply new patch early without issues .
